ADVANTAGES OF NOUSTEST AUTOMATIC GRINDING MACHINES
-There is no gantry system within the NOUSTEST automatic surface grinding machine. Clogging and blocking of the system are directly eliminated.
-The water system in the NOUSTEST device operates in a closed loop. It does not contaminate the laboratory, the environment, or the transparent door of the device during sample grinding-abrasion or surface cleaning in any way.
-NOUSTEST is preferred due to its special design, practicality, ease of water circulation system, and its ability to quickly clean samples with minimal surface damage (saving time) and is failure-free.
-The grinding blade section contains 14 diamond-socketed blades. This system extends blade life and reduces operating costs.
-The NOUSTEST device is a digital touchscreen-controlled device.
-Different wiping and cleaning options are available depending on the sample's surface roughness.
-Suitable for cleaning 3 Ø100x200 mm cylinders, 3 110x220 mm cylinders, 2 Ø150x300 mm cylinders, 2 Ø160x320 mm cylinders, and 1 150x150x150 mm cube samples.
-When using cube and cylinder samples, the sample flatness required by EN 12390-1, 12390-3, ASTM C31, C39, and D4543 standards is achieved as 0.040 mm.
