NOUSTEST AUTOMATIC GRINDING MACHINE FACTORY TEST VIDEO

To create a difference and provide ease of operation, we have launched our long-awaited grinding machine, designed to quickly smooth, grind, and clean sample surfaces. You can see a video of the machine's first operational run in our factory here. We have commissioned and operated this machine in Türkiye and other countries around the world.

 
As you can follow in the video, our grinding machine operates completely silently and without disturbing the environment (considering it's used in a concrete laboratory). It can provide different service options depending on the surface imperfection of the sample and quickly prepares the sample for testing.
 

As clearly seen in the video, the surface flatness of the sample surfaces are in 0,050mm tolerance as per EN 12390-1, EN 12390-2, EN 12390-3, EN 12504-1, ASTM C31, ASTM C39, ASTM C42, ASTM D4543 standards with feeler gauge and engineers square measurements demonstrate the perfection of NOUSTEST grinding machines. With its unique operation, it has already become an indispensable tool in every concrete laboratory.
