Muffle Furnace

NT-D5500 series muffle furnaces are designed for reliable use in laboratories for many years in determining various properties of building materials. Different models are available that operate at temperatures ranging from 1100°C to 1600°C. Maximum temperature can be reached in 65 minutes. For ease of use, all muffle furnaces have front-door sample entry. Furnaces has a double-walled structure to keep the outer casing cool.

Temperature control is provided by a feedback (PID) controlled digital electronic system. The vertically adjustable, upward-opening insulated door prevents the user from being exposed to the heat. The oven is equipped with a circuit breaker that cuts off the power supply when the door is opened. The device safely switches off heating when it reaches the set temperature. The control knobs and digital display of the device are designed to be easily accessible and monitored on the front panel. A gas exhaust vent connected to the inner chamber is located on the rear cover.

Muffle Furnaces are suitable for routine laboratory work and comes with one base plate.
