Digital Rebar Pull-out Test Apparatus

The device is used to determine the bond strength between reinforced steel bars and concrete and to check anchor performance on the construction site. The insert or rebar is either cast into fresh concrete or installed in hardened concrete.

The Digital Readout Unit, connected to either a 10-ton(NT-C0030) or a 30-ton (NT-C0031) hydraulic jack and hand pump, provides load or pullout force readings with 1% accuracy.

Rebar Pulling Devices are supplied with a Digital Screen, Hydraulic Jack (Piston), a 700-bar Hydraulic Hand Pump, a pressure Transducer, High-Pressure Hose and connecting fittings.

NT-C0030 Digital Rebar Pull-out Test Apparatus 100 kN comes with grips for rebars 4-8mm, 8-16mm.

NT-C0031 Digital Rebar Pull-out Test Apparatus 100 kN comes with grips for rebars 4-8mm, 8-20mm, 20-28mm.
