Compacting Factor Apparatus
The Compaction Factor Apparatus is used to measure the weight of fresh concrete of a constant quality when poured into a standard-capacity cylindrical container.
The Compaction Factor Apparatus consists of two conical chambers, each with a hinged lid at the lower end, which hold the concrete sample in a cylindrical mold. The chambers and mold are mounted on a sturdy steel frame and easily removed for cleaning. The apparatus is made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint.
