Automatic Vicat Apparatus

Automatic Vicat Apparatus is an advanced laboratory device developed to automatically determine the initial and final setting times and standard consistency of binding materials such as cement, concrete mortar, and gypsum according to the Vicat Method. Thanks to its high-precision penetration measurement, advanced software infrastructure, and full compliance with international standards, it is an ideal solution for Cement Factories, Concrete and Mortar Laboratories, Universities, Gypsum and Binder additive manufacturers, quality control, and R&D laboratories.

Automatic Vicat Apparatus features a 4.3” high-resolution color LCD/touchscreen. It can be programmed with up to 4 different test types and can save 10 test results. Test results can be transferred to a PC via USB connection, or printed.

EN Automatic Vicat Test; consists of the EN Vicat Mould, initial needle, final needle, Glass Plate, and Software.

ASTM Automatic Vicat Test; consists of the ASTM Vicat Mould, ASTM Vicat needle, Glass Plate, and Software.
