Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV)
Aggregate crushing value (ACV) is used to determine the relative resistance of aggregate to crushing under a gradually applied compressive load. It is available in two models: 150 mm and 75 mm diameter.
It consists of a cylinder, piston, base plate, compression rod, and measuring device.
The cylinder, piston, and base plate are made of special alloy steel, hardened to 650 HV (57.8 HRC), and are corrosion resistant.
