NOUSTEST, who is increasing its exports and establishing laboratories in different countries, has installed its new soil compactors in the heart of Europe.

The Automatic Soil Compactor is used to determine the relationship between molding water content and the dry unit weight of soils, ensuring accurate determination of optimum moisture content and maximum dry density.

  • Capable of performing both Standard and Modified Proctor compaction tests, the unit provides precise and homogeneous compaction in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and EN test requirements.

  • The machine is designed for long-term use and features built-in safety features compliant with CE Standards to prevent operation without an unbreakable safety guard.

Soil Compactor

  • The digital display allows the operator to select the required compaction type (circular compaction pattern for 4-inch or 100 mm sample molds and double concentric circles for 6-inch or 150 mm sample molds). The tamper drop height can be adjusted to 305 mm or 457 mm, and the tamper weight to 2.5 kg or 4.5 kg.

  • The rotating base ensures even distribution of clamping energy, eliminating inconsistencies and improving sample integrity.
